Bill Tumas from CJ Pony parts is putting together a pretty special tribute car. We heard about the project and got him a custom set of our Coyote Coil Cover Plates to help top off the build. The car has been dubbed Krimpstang in honor of his friend and fellow racer Krimpet that passed away years ago. Knowing that Bill was the only one that could take the car to the level Krimpet had wanted to, the parents gave Bill the car. Through the years it has continued to race but not really evolve with the new trends. Now with the Coyote engine in available, Krimpstang is getting an upgrade and heading to the NMRA for racing.
We heard of the project from Bill and jumped at the opportunity to get a set of our custom Coyote Coil Covers on it. After machining we took the extra step to get some color matched paint to inlay the lettering to help bring it all together.
