MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY

Position Overview

The Manufacturing team members are responsible for pulling Manufacturing Orders to be packaged and assembled. They will also implement assembly schedules to maintain stocking levels.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Determine placement of items for packaging
• Assembly of products and kits
• Inspect products during assembly and packaging
• Communicate with supervisors, engineers, and other personnel to resolve any production issues
• Maintain specifications of product assembly
• Checking in of raw materials for assembly
• Manual labor: Use of hand tools and machinery on some production items
• Packaging of products to be put in stock for shipping
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Maintain clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Attention to detail
• Computer skills
• Must be familiar with reading and working from sample photos and instructions
• Knowledge of skin packing preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, and packing
• Lift upwards of 25-50lbs
• Work well with others
