Although the weekend has just begun in Beeville Texas, Revan Racing, Power By The Hour Performance, and Lund Racing have jumped off on the right foot. This morning Van Collier from Revan Racing set down a new Mustang record in Texas Mile competition in a Super Snake Shelby GT500 owned by JW Brake by running 217.8 mph in a standing mile. JW’s Super Snake build has been chronicled on our Facebook page over the last few years. His last visit to PBH was for an updated Griggs torque arm, Griggs rear coil over suspension, larger supercharger from Kenne Bell(4.2L), and a custom ice tank routed to the inter cooler. PBH Performance is proud to be part of this accomplishment and we look forward to more speed as the SSSSNAKE will take another shot at the mile later this weekend. We are also running the Twin Turbo 5.0 along side the Super Snake. Both cars have the potential to hit higher speeds, but that will remain to be seen throughout the weekend. Stay tuned.
