For anyone that has purchased our Speed Drive for the 5.0L Coyote engine, which mounts a Power steering pump on the driver side of the coyote engine, they have been left with an unanswered question. Which reservoir should I use and where do I mount it? The pumps used in the Speed Drive have a remote reservoir that needs to be mounted above the pump so that it is gravity feeding without interruption. So up to now most have mounted the reservoir in the engine bay either along the aprons or other available locations. Which works but poses a few potential issues if your trying to keep a clean engine bay or smoothed painted apron.

With the Midway Mustang Reservoir Bracket we now have a simple solution to this issue.

The Power Steering reservoir bracket part number is ACC-1123 in the PBH catalog. This bracket is mounted on the driver side of the engine where the vacant engine lift bracket bungs are. This location is great for our Speed Drive as it is directly above the pump making the feed line really easy to plumb and really efficient. Additionally with the resevoir placed above and slightly behind the pump, it will allow builders to use either the stock side port or the Relocated AN rear port on the pump.

The bracket is designed to work with either the stock tank found on the 1996-04 Mustang GT or the aftermarket versions like the one we offer from Canton racing for 1999-2004 models.

The Reservoir comes with mounting hardware both for the bracket to the block and PBH includes hardware to mount the reservoir.  The brackets are made of steel here in the USA and come in a smooth black powdercoat finish.

The Midway Mustang reservoir bracket sells for $89.99 and comes with installation hardware. To order yours today, just visit PBHperformance.com and search part number ACC-1123. This will take you straight to the bracket. In the listing you can opt to purchase the Canton Reservoir and PBH also offers line kits to plumb from the reservoir to the pump.
