Power By The Hour Performance now offers Hydroboost line kits. What we have done is worked closely with suppliers to find the exact fittings and components needed to plumb a 99-04 Mustang Hydroboost unit with all AN lines. We also factored in a Hydroboost specific reservoir and high performance cooler. All the high pressure hoses come with matching hose ends and the same is true with both the -6 and -10 low pressure hoses. PBH includes the needed adapters for the booster and the Steering rack so the entire high pressure side of the system is AN along with the low pressure return.
The reservoir that is included has 3 ports allowing the return from the Hydrobooster and the cooler flow independently of each other avoiding any Tee’s. The -10an port then feeds the pump. Internally it is baffled and even has a 35 micron replaceable filter. There are three mounting options on the reservoir included a clamp on bracket that allows vertical mounting with adjustable height. Two sets of 5/8-16 mounting holes are located on the back and bottom of the housing for other options. A breathable filter billet cap is also included. The reservoirs are available Raw, Anodized Black, and Polished finish.
A stack and plate cooler is provided to ensure that you keep the system cool and temperatures normalized under heavy steering and braking. This component kit can be used with any application; Street, strip, Pro Touring, and even open track abuse.
This kit is sure to be right at home on stock 99-04 Mustang GT and Cobra along with any Fox Body Mustang that is utilizing the 99-04 Hydroboost system. The master cylinder and Hydrobooster are not included.
