    Thanks for purchasing from Power by The Hour Performance, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

    Returns

    1. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    2. Only items that are in like new or as received condition are eligible for return.
    3. Your item must be in the original packaging or repackaged in a manner that the item will not become damaged in transit.
    4. You must complete the PBH Product Return Request Form and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) before shipping the item. (Note: Returns received without an RMA included with the return may not be accepted or be subject to a restocking fee and/or processing fee).

    Refunds

    1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item.
    2. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. (Note: Damaged, used, or missing items will be subject to an inspection based restocking fee)
    3. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) after the inspection is complete.
    4. You will receive the credit within 3-4 business days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    Shipping

    1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    2. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when applicable.
